Essential Duties Attend evening board meetings. Transcribe minutes and action items. Complete action items. Assist with preparation of Director’s reports. Review and code payables. Return phone calls and respond to emails. Conduct property inspections. Transcribe inspection reports. Solicit and review proposals/contracts. Prepare bid comparisons. Check in with supervisor daily to report any issues or concerns. Obtain CMCA certification. Knowledge, Skills and Experience 4‑year college degree preferable but not required. Property management experience preferred. At least 1 year of customer service experience (2 or more preferred). Attention to detail and strong organization. Excellent written and verbal communication. Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills. Customer‑service mindset. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Positive attitude. Capability to navigate challenging situations. Typing speed of at least 40 WPM. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
