Library Paraprofessional at Ackerman Elementary Ackerman Elementary is seeking a highly motivated and collaborative library paraprofessional to join our team. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about supporting students, thrives in a team environment, and is eager to make a meaningful difference in children’s lives. What You’ll Do Manage the check‑in and check‑out of materials and assist students with general inquiries and technology use questions. Shelve and organize materials, and repair books. Perform clerical duties, maintain files, assist with library programs and events, and create and maintain library displays. Manage multiple tasks, maintain detailed records, and ensure the overall order of the library. Use an integrated library system, various databases, and general office software. Provide class coverage while classroom teachers are meeting. What We’re Looking For Experience working with children and a passion for fostering their academic and social growth.
