Freelance real estate photographer role at Archi-Pix . We are a real estate photography company looking to expand our team in the Greater Des Moines area. Flexible schedule and competitive pay for motivated individuals. No photo editing required! Typical pay range is $60 - $200 per shoot (depending on package and can exceed $200) and each appointment typically takes an hour or less. Photographers may have up to 4-5 appointments per day. Photographer Requirements 1-2 Years of Professional Photography Experience Professional‑grade camera with full‑frame sensor & 24MP+ resolution No APS‑C sensors Wide angle zoom lens (12‑24mm or 14‑24mm) Professional‑grade tripod iPhone and Canon Rebel models do not qualify Reliable transportation Strong computer skills Knowledge of bracketing (covered in training) Ability to adhere to our comprehensive photography guidelines Internet connection and laptop for quickly uploading large files Availability Monday‑Friday (and occasionally weekends) in local market Strong interpersonal and customer‑service skills, professional demeanor with clients and support staff Well‑organized, motivated, detail‑oriented, with strong follow‑up skills Receptive to constructive feedback Will need to acquire Supra Key access Background check clearance Adaptability in a rapidly changing environment and technology All team members receive training in photography, videography, Matterport technology, and FAA Part 107 drone operations. Drone, video, and Matterport experience are bonuses but training is available. FAA certification can be obtained after a written test within 30 days, with testing fee reimbursed.
