Overview Liberty FCU, a full-service credit union, is seeking a Video Production Specialist to join our marketing team in Evansville, IN. This individual will produce engaging, high-quality video and animation content for internal and external audiences. Projects range from short-form promotional spots (e.g., 30-second TV commercials and social media videos) to longer informational videos displayed across branch lobbies and waiting areas. Responsibilities Design, animate and edit motion graphics for projects ranging from short-form commercials to multi-minute internal videos that reflect established brand guidelines and styles Collaborate with video production and marketing staff to conceptualize and deliver polished, brand-consistent creative Edit and mix audio to enhance projects, ensuring clarity and impact Adapt creative assets for multiple platforms, including TV, digital, and internal channels Qualifications Bachelor's degree (preferred, not required) or equivalent work experience Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Audition Photoshop and Illustrator for asset creation and design integration Strong sense of timing, composition, typography, and color in motion design Ability to balance independent work with team-driven collaboration Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines Plus Experience with Cinema 4D, Redshift, or other 3D design tools such as Unity and Unreal Curiosity for emerging technologies such as Rive, Spline, or other evolving motion and 3D platforms Skills in storyboarding, script development, or voiceover writing to help shape creative direction Benefits and Compensation Paid Holidays Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick and Personal Days) Incentive opportunities Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance 401(k) retirement program with matching funds Employer paid Group Term Life Insurance, Short Term and Long Term Disability Insurance Tuition Reimbursement Program Why Join Liberty FCU?
