Handle inbound and outbound client communications professionally and effectively. Customize insurance plans to accommodate the unique risk profiles and coverage needs of each client. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within client portfolios to enhance client value. Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and new product offers to provide clients with informed recommendations. Participate in training and development sessions to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge. Pay & Schedule Pay and shift: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. Starting pay is based on experience. Requirements Licensing: Active Ohio Property & Casualty License or willingness to obtain one. Sales Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field required. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Client-Focused: Dedicated to achieving outstanding client satisfaction and building strong client relationships. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions. Technology Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and various digital communication tools. Adaptability: Comfortable working in both remote and in-office environments, maintaining productivity and team cohesion. Professionalism: Demonstrate a positive and professional demeanor when representing the company in public.
