data-driven Digital Merchandising & Marketing Analyst
to help manage our online vehicle inventory and digital ad performance. Ideal for recent college graduates with degrees in
Finance, Marketing, Business Analytics, or Economics , this position blends
analytics, strategy, and digital marketing
to drive real sales results.
What You’ll Be Doing
Analyze marketing and inventory reports to uncover trends and recommend adjustments
Optimize online listings with strategic updates to pricing, photos, and descriptions
Manage inventory visibility on platforms like Dealer.com, Cars.com, AutoTrader, and more
Monitor lead activity and update listings to boost engagement and conversions
Track KPIs and performance metrics; create reports for managers
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align digital strategy with business goals
✅ What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field
Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
Familiarity with Google Analytics, CRM tools, or marketing platforms (preferred)
Detail-oriented with excellent time management
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
