Marketing Manager, Human Capital Advisory – KPMG US

Partner closely with business leaders to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns that align with our growth ambitions for Human Capital Advisory Services. Set strategic direction for marketing campaigns, partnering with business sponsors and internal teams to define priorities, timelines, and budgets; lead the development of buyer personas, journey maps, and differentiated messaging to support campaign themes. Oversee the end‑to‑end content creation process, from creative briefs to final asset production, ensuring alignment with the buyer's journey; manage the campaign budget, including forecasting, allocation for content and activation, and invoice processing. Direct the execution and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital media, social media, events, newsletters, webcasts, podcasts and other content; project manage multiple marketing programs, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget, high‑standard delivery. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure effectiveness and business impact of marketing campaigns; report key findings to marketing and business leadership; analyze performance data to derive insights and optimize strategies with internal and external partners. Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders on all aspects of marketing; foster strong relationships and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams, including communications, marketing operations, alliance teams, analyst relations, and industry; provide direction to on‑shore and off‑shore support teams for activation and event execution. Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment. Qualifications
Minimum ten years of recent experience in integrated marketing, preferably within a professional services firm or a large enterprise technology/software company. Master's degree from an accredited college or university is highly preferred; a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field is required. Proven ability to think strategically, develop innovative marketing plans, and translate business objectives into impactful marketing programs. Strong program leadership and project management capabilities, with experience managing complex campaigns and budgets; ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and influence decision‑making. Deep understanding of campaign planning, digital marketing, content strategy, and marketing analytics; experience with marketing automation tools such as Optimizely and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) is preferred.
