KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Oracle Global Community to join our Global Alliances Group which is part of KPMG International organization.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for global knowledge sharing and practice enablement across KPMG member firms
Drive global community engagement strategies, including town halls, newsletters, and win story dissemination to promote Oracle partnership
Maintain the internal enablement portal, housing Oracle‑related content, case studies, and training updates
Manage the Oracle Engagement Tracker tool to monitor wins, certifications, and engagement metrics
Collaborate with Oracle Education Team to define training goals, promote certification pathways, and track completions
Act as an internal advocate for Oracle solutions, supporting marketing and communication efforts to build awareness
Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications
Minimum five years of recent experience in alliance management or a related field required
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or relevant years’ work experience in Oracle alliance management
Proven experience in alliance management with strong program management and communication skills
Proficiency in SharePoint, MS Teams, and enablement platforms; familiarity with Oracle Partner Network tools is a plus
Ability to work across global time zones and collaborate with diverse teams, self‑starter with excellent problem‑solving skills
