Graphic & Digital Designer – Voya Financial

You’ll collaborate across teams to bring our brand to life in ways that resonate with our customers and reflect our commitment to making a secure financial future possible for all. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing, and demonstrate the ability to find the right style and layout for every project.
Get to Know the Opportunity
Create innovative, brand-aligned designs across a variety of channels including web, presentations, signage, internal communications, and marketing collateral.
Translate business goals and strategic direction into high-quality visual solutions that support Voya’s mission and brand identity.
Collaborate with marketing and cross‑functional teams to brainstorm, develop, and execute creative concepts.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality across deliverables.
Provide thoughtful input and feedback to improve design processes and elevate creative standards.
Maintain and organize internal design assets, photography, and video libraries.
Stay current on design trends, tools, and technologies to keep Voya’s creative output fresh and relevant.
Minimum Knowledge & Experience
5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity and strategic thinking.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver); familiarity with Figma and other design tools is a plus.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively.
Excellent time management and organizational skills in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
A passion for continuous learning and professional development.
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a creative or marketing agency environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art, or a related field.
Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript is a plus.
Experience utilizing task management platforms like Workfront.
Experience with photography and photo‑editing software.
Compensation Pay Disclosure Voya is committed to pay that’s fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities. The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya may offer incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long‑term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.
Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part‑time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
$60,450 – $100,760 USD
