Base Pay Range $39.00/hr – $46.40/hr
Job Details Type: Contract – conversion to permanent Dates: 11/17/2025 – 01/16/2026 Location: Houston, TX 77056 Hybrid: In‑office Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Job Description As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with the marketing team to design clean, impactful print and digital materials, turning concepts into visually cohesive designs that advance the company's overall business objectives.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and produce marketing materials that promote the organization to customers and prospects across print, digital, web, presentations, trade shows, and other brand touchpoints.
Transform ideas and concepts into compelling, visually cohesive designs.
Maintain consistency and integrity across all branded materials and campaigns.
Create templates and scalable brand assets for use across teams.
Partner with creative, content, and strategy teams throughout the project lifecycle from concept to final delivery.
Keep current with evolving design trends, technologies, and cultural influences to infuse fresh perspectives into the work.
Offer creative direction and constructive feedback to junior designers when needed.
Confidently present design work to internal stakeholders, articulating design rationale and supporting decisions with market and competitor insights.
Manage production logistics, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on print and promotional projects.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
7+ years of professional experience in graphic design with a strong, diverse portfolio.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
Experience creating both digital and print materials.
Strong organizational, time management, and problem‑solving skills with a detail‑oriented mindset.
Proven experience coordinating printing and promotional production with third‑party vendors.
Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to balance multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Receptive to feedback and able to iterate quickly while maintaining creative integrity.
Solid project management skills with a focus on efficiency and quality.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in both corporate marketing and agency environments.
Familiarity with the Title Insurance Industry or related Financial Services fields.
Exposure to data‑informed design processes, including A/B Testing, market insights, and UX considerations.
