Our client a leading organization in the technology and enterprise design sector, is seeking a UI Production Designer to join their team. As a UI Production Designer, you will be part of the UX department supporting cross‑functional teams including UX designers, product managers, and engineers. The ideal candidate will have a collaborative mindset, be detail‑oriented and organized, and demonstrate adaptability and proactive problem‑solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: UI Production Designer Location: REMOTE, but must be local to:
Bellevue, WA
Denver, CO
What's the Job?
Partner closely with UX designers, product managers, and engineers to prepare high‑quality design files for development
Stay hands‑on through build and QA processes to ensure design fidelity and quality
Maintain organized, production‑ready Figma files and uphold strong file hygiene practices
Serve as a design system expert, implementing and extending components, tokens, and visual patterns
Translate UX flows into refined, visually engaging UI designs and prototypes in Figma
What's Needed?
3–5 years of professional experience in UI design or production design
Experience working with enterprise‑level design systems and Figma
Strong understanding of responsive design across multiple platforms (web, mobile, app)
Experience collaborating with product managers and developers through delivery and QA
Background in visual communication, graphic design, or related field; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
