Associate Director, Omnichannel and Patient Marketing - Oncology (Remote) at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. This role leads the development and implementation of the comprehensive omnichannel marketing plan for the gastroesophageal adenocarcinoma indication launch for a first in class HER2 targeted bispecific agent, including its current biliary tract cancer indication. This position reports to the Sr. Director and involves leading the strategic digital HCP plan across two indications (upon data availability) and executing the patient engagement strategy. It also includes managing cross-functional agencies and teams and coordinating across Marketing, Medical, and Market Access to support launch across all audiences and indications. Note: The description is focused on responsibilities related to omnichannel strategy, patient engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and launch execution within oncology. Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of the omnichannel strategy for the brand across two indications and four key audiences – HCPs, Nurses, Patients and Pharmacists; manage cross-functional teams to execute the strategy Lead the development of the patient engagement strategy and all tactical components (e.g., starter kits, patient messaging, patient CRM, etc.) Serve as the primary lead for HCP omnichannel marketing tactics including print and digital promotions (Paid Search, Programmatic, Social, Customer Programs, AI, Websites, HCP CRM, etc.), focusing on the GEA indication development and execution Analyze complex markets, disease states, competitive landscapes, and market access dynamics to own the overarching brand engagement strategy Collaborate with functional partners to implement market research, evaluate third-party data, and use omnichannel dashboards to inform program performance Provide omnichannel strategy thought leadership to optimize plans across Marketing, Medical, and Market Access Manage vendors and serve as primary contact for the media agency Establish partnerships with PMRC, omnichannel strategy, and business operations teams to realize the omnichannel vision Collaborate with the sales team and field-based teams to ensure optimal execution of hybrid omnichannel/field tactics Lead PMRC coordination and planning for reviews; manage HCP marketing budgets, work orders, accruals, and forecast lines; coordinate with commercial services and finance; serve as primary marketing lead for Medical Communications agency Demonstrate ability to rapidly understand complex markets and dynamics to guide the brand engagement strategy Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

7+ years of marketing (or related commercial) experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry Omnichannel experience required Launch experience preferred Oncology experience preferred Ability to operate in a high-paced launch environment Initiative and results delivery Effective communication skills, including presenting to large audiences Strong interpersonal skills and cross-functional collaboration Good judgment with analytical, problem-solving, strategic thinking, planning, and project management abilities Approximately 30-40% travel required Education And Licenses

Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this role, the full and complete base pay range is: $176,000.00 - $264,000.00. Compensation varies with qualifications, skills, and experience. Candidates may also be eligible for discretionary bonus and equity grants per Jazz policies.
