Senior Product Marketing Manager, Copilot Studio and Agents
We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive agents and agent creation for Microsoft 365 Copilot. The role focuses on product marketing for agents built through Copilot Studio and developers’ tools, extending Microsoft 365 Copilot with agents.
To be successful, you should be able to define and execute a product marketing plan based on a deep understanding of building agents using Copilot APIs and connectors. You’ll work closely with engineering on roadmap and feature launches, partner with Business Development on partner agents, and collaborate with marketing peers on a unified story across agent development tools.
Responsibilities
Define product truth for Copilot APIs for the pro code development of declarative or custom engine agents and integration of Microsoft 365 Copilot into partner services.
Build product strategy and product marketing for how agents are used within Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Chat.
Execute marketing in support of strategic third‑party agents that integrate with Microsoft 365 Copilot.
Make sense from an often ambiguous environment and effectively prioritize your work.
Show proven ability to get deep on new products in a dynamic, constantly changing area.
Translate complex technical concepts into compelling customer narratives.
Be outcome oriented and leverage the work of others.
Demonstrate proven project management and cross‑team leadership experience.
Embody Microsoft culture and values.
Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or related field AND 3+ years experience in business; or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or related field AND 5+ years experience; or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience working in a Product Marketing Manager capacity.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or related field AND 6+ years experience; or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or related field AND 8+ years experience; or equivalent experience.
Experience building agents or AI systems using tools like Copilot Studio or Azure AI Foundry.
