The Marketing Specialist develops and executes marketing campaigns to promote healthcare services and enhance brand awareness. They create content for digital and print channels, ensuring alignment with company goals and healthcare compliance standards. The role involves tracking campaign performance, analyzing data, and adjusting strategies for better results. The specialist collaborates with internal teams to align marketing efforts and manages budgets to ensure effective resource use. Additional duties include monitoring digital platforms and supporting broader communication strategies. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns for strategic initiatives Create and manage content across web, social media, email, and print platforms Track and analyze campaign performance data to optimize marketing impact Collaborate with internal departments to align and execute marketing strategies Monitor digital presence and manage budgets to support marketing objectives Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or Advertising 2-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, and project planning/management Marketing, creative project and healthcare industry experience preferred 1-3 years proven experience as marketing and/or communications specialist or similar role We are an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer
