What You’ll Do: We’re looking for a Product Designer to help transform how clinicians work. You’ll lead design for core product areas, own the end-to-end user experience, and partner closely with engineering, product, and design peers to bring innovative ideas to life. This role is ideal for someone who is highly autonomous, user-centric, and thrives in 0→1 environments. You’ll help us go from fast-moving MVPs to polished, scalable products while deeply rooting your work in clinicians’ needs. Responsibilities

Lead design for core product areas—from problem framing to polished execution Collaborate cross-functionally with a small team of engineering, product, and design peers to shape product strategy and roadmap Bring the clinician voice into the room through research, usability testing, and systems thinking, and advocate for their needs across product decisions Create intuitive, clean, and thoughtful UI that balances user needs with product complexity Work scrappily when needed, and raise the bar when it matters—sweat the details, but know how to move fast Help evolve our design system and shape design culture Qualifications

5+ years of experience designing and shipping high-impact end-to-end products Ability to navigate ambiguity and break down complex problems into simple, clear user experiences Strategic thinker who can contribute beyond design to product and business direction Value clarity and precision in design and communication Excited about the potential of AI and open to exploring new UX paradigms in AI-first products Thrives in early-stage, fast-moving teams Nice to Have

Experience in healthcare is not required, but a passion for healthcare and helping others is a must Experience working closely with LLMs or AI-driven features What We’ll Bring
