(AI Business Solution) Sr. Product Marketing Manager
Microsoft is transforming its go-to-market approach to better support SMB customers through its Cloud Solution Provider partner ecosystem. The AI Business Solution Growth Marketing team plays a pivotal role in scaling AI Business Solutions for the SMB (Small and Medium Business) audience. We drive transformation through offer development, go-to-market strategy, strategic partnerships, and innovative business models. Our work spans a diverse SMB customer base with varying levels of cloud maturity, and our mission is to accelerate their secure AI transformation journey using Microsoft 365 and AI value.
Base pay range: $106,400.00/yr - $222,600.00/yr.
Responsibilities
Lead the strategy and execution of Microsoft 365 and AI value for the SMB audience.
Design and implement M365 and Copilot go-to-market (GTM) strategies and programs.
Collaborate closely with product, field, and partner teams.
Drive enablement and landing campaigns, accelerating customer acquisition and upsell opportunities.
Support GTM programs and drive field and partner enablement for M365 SMB products.
Act as a liaison between the field, partner marketing, and the product team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement SMB go-to-market (GTM) strategies and programs in partnership with Product PMM and the MCAPS team.
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on M365 Business offerings and the Copilot value proposition for SMB customers and the CSP channel.
Conduct customer and market research to understand SMB needs and inform packaging and promotional strategies.
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business OR Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.
3+ years in product marketing, channel marketing, or strategy and operations in a commercial or SaaS business.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business OR Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.
MBA or other advanced degree strongly preferred.
Channel marketing experience or Small Medium Business marketing experience.
Analytical skills with demonstrated quantitative and analytical capabilities.
Leadership & communication skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
Program management experience leading complex projects or programs to completion.
Adaptability and comfort working with ambiguity, biased toward experimentation and action.
Cross-functional influence ability to lead across functions and craft compelling narratives.
