Responsibilities

Partner with cross‑functional teams (Product Marketing, Brand, Comms) to co‑create and drive GTM strategies that drive adoption of our platform.

Lead integrated cross‑channel initiatives ensuring seamless integration across owned, earned, and paid channels, delivering measurable impact on customer and revenue.

Influence cross‑functional priorities with proactive, data‑backed perspectives, ensuring strategies ladder into a connected, cohesive GTM plan.

Leverage AI‑driven insights, bold creative activations, and experimentation to personalize and optimize marketing performance.

Inspire and align executive leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders through compelling narratives.

Model extreme ownership and set the bar for integrated marketing.

Qualifications

8+ years of progressive marketing experience with a proven record of leading cross‑functional GTM strategies and execution.

Deep understanding of the Small Business audience and competitive solutions.

Proven ability to deliver measurable customer and revenue growth outcomes.

Skilled at shaping ambiguous direction into clear cross‑channel strategies.

Experience leading multi‑channel activations across the funnel, including product merchandising and mobile‑first experiences.

Demonstrated deep understanding of digital customer journeys and the role of different channels to drive new customer growth.

Strong communication and storytelling skills, able to inspire executives and cross‑functional audiences.

Demonstrated success leveraging data, AI, and experimentation to drive strategy and optimize performance.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA or equivalent experience preferred).

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay‑for‑performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:

Bay Area, California: $158,000 – $213,500

Southern California: $150,500 – $203,500
