Wolf is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to join our growing and well-established national firm. This email marketing role sits within the content marketing team and is vital to the growth of our organic marketing efforts, driving audience engagement, and overall firm revenue. The ideal candidate cares deeply about meeting audience needs at key moments of intent with relevant email nurture, drip, and trigger-based campaigns, and demonstrating measurable progress toward shared marketing and BD revenue goals.
Responsibilities
Own and optimize our email marketing automation platform (HubSpot)
Ideate and execute the email marketing strategy, with support and direction from members of the greater marketing team
Establish best practices for email setup, list management, and campaign execution
Build and QA email campaigns, newsletters, nurture programs, lead scoring models, and behavioral-based workflows
Strategize and execute marketing email-based nurture campaigns, drip campaigns, and trigger-based email workflows
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), content, and creative teams to create high-quality email marketing content
Maintain lead lifecycle tracking, contact segmentation, and integration
Develop HubSpot dashboards and reporting cadences that highlight campaign performance, funnel health, and key insights for both marketing and BD
Identify inefficiencies and continuously improve campaign operations, lead flow, attribution, and tracking methodologies in HubSpot and SFDC
Work closely with BD to correctly attribute lead sources by campaign and medium, and ensure smooth lead handoffs
Keep up with email marketing strategy best practices and trends
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, business, or similar
3-5 years of hands‑on experience in HubSpot email marketing and marketing operations for a B2B company
3-5 years of experience editing email copy for engagement, conducting A/B testing, and maintaining an email marketing calendar, including email marketing campaigns
Basic knowledge of CRMs, such as Salesforce, and how data flows between marketing automation platforms
Understands email marketing strategies and has experience with producing email assets and supporting campaigns
Strong project management skills, strong commitment to meeting reasonable deadlines, and strong skillset in proactively managing project risks
Strong in cross‑functional workflows, projects, and strategies
Ability to analyze and draw insight from data sets to identify trends and recommendations for improving performance of email campaigns
Team player who can adapt workflows to accommodate other teams (content, creative, performance, etc.) within reason
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in financial services, accounting, tax, or wealth or investment management firms
Prior experience with Salesforce CRM and understanding client data management best practices
