Principal Talent Strategist | Fractional Head of Recruiting | Startup & Tech Scaling Expert (Seed to IPO) | DEI & Talent Operations Leader About the Company We’re curating a high-impact network of Product Designers shaping the future of AI, FinTech, and SaaS products. Our team partners with some of the most innovative, high-growth tech companies in New York and San Francisco. We are currently partnering with early- to mid-stage startups across industries including AI, Fintech, HealthTech, and B2B SaaS to hire world-class product designers.

About the Role This is not a posting for a single job. This is an invitation to connect. We are actively sourcing for multiple high-priority Senior Product Designer roles. By applying here, you will be the first to know about new opportunities that match your skills. We are looking for exceptional designers who crave impact, have a high bar for quality, and want to own the end-to-end user experience.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Product Ownership: You thrive on owning the entire design process—from initial user research, wireframes, and user flows to high-fidelity, pixel-perfect UI and interactive prototypes.

Design Systems Mastery: You don't just use design systems; you can build, scale, and evolve them to ensure consistency and velocity for the entire team.

Complex Problem Solving: You have a knack for untangling complex, ambiguous problems and designing elegant, simple solutions. Your portfolio demonstrates work on B2B SaaS, AI, or data-rich applications—showing how you simplify complexity into intuitive user experiences.

Product & User Partnership: You enjoy working directly with users, product managers, and engineers to turn ambiguous feedback into concrete, well-built product features.

Collaboration & Communication: You work seamlessly with cross-functional teams—engineering, product, and data—to ship design solutions that balance user needs and business goals.

Qualifications

Have Startup DNA: You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments. You are "high horsepower, low ego," relentlessly resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity.

Are Product-Focused: You have a background in full-time, product-development roles (this is not a fit for candidates with primarily contracting, agency, or consumer-only backgrounds).

Have a Proven "Spike": You have a clear signal of excellence. This is visible in your strong portfolio that shows deep product thinking, or a high-impact background at a top startup or high-bar tech company (e.g., Ramp, Rippling, Notion, etc.).

Have High-Impact Tenure: You have a track record of high-impact, full-time roles where you’ve stayed to ship, scale, and own your work (we are not looking for job-hopping).

Required Skills

Demonstrated history of deep product thinking and impeccable craftsmanship.

Preferred Skills

Experience with complex B2B workflows, data-rich platforms, or 0-to-1 AI products.

Pay range and compensation package Details regarding pay range or salary will be discussed during the interview process.
