Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Personal Lines Producer to join our dynamic team at Trucordia. You will be part of a successful sales team that is supported by a dedicated service team, helping manage and foster continued relationships with new clients.

The Personal Lines Producer will be responsible for developing new sales opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and providing risk management solutions tailored to clients of all sizes.

Responsibilities and Duties

Generate new business opportunities, building a strong pipeline of potential clients through proactive prospecting, networking, and marketing efforts.

Present customized insurance solutions to meet clients’ specific needs including homeowners, auto, umbrella, earthquake, and personal articles floaters.

Establish and maintain long‑term relationships with new and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their personal and family insurance needs.

Leverage industry knowledge to keep clients informed on market trends, emerging risks, and regulatory changes that may affect their insurance needs.

Prepare and submit regular progress reports on sales performance and account activities.

Qualifications

Valid Property and Casualty license in the state in which you are applying.

Experience in personal lines sales and/or service.

Outgoing and energetic personality who enjoys exploring leads independently.

Ability to work well under pressure in a team environment and effectively prioritize concurrent workflow.

Excellent interpersonal, listening, verbal, and written communication skills.

Strong understanding of homeowners and personal auto coverage.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of personal insurance markets to place new business and understand supplemental insurance marketplace.

Strong sales acumen and experience with AMS 360.
