Graphic Designer – Packaging + Digital
Established Beauty Brand seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with a playful look and feel. You will collaborate with fellow designers to bring innovative marketing concepts to life through compelling packaging, visual merch displays, and digital campaigns.
Position Summary
The Graphic Designer role involves designing and executing a variety of projects including product packaging, POP displays, merchandising materials, and promotional graphics. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of branding, and the ability to manage projects from initial concept through production.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Create visually engaging on-brand graphics for store displays and promotional campaigns
Develop brand collateral such as brochures, mailers, magazine ads, web banners, and guidelines
Collaborate with product development to design new packaging or refresh existing products
Conceptualize and assist in planning annual beauty campaigns, including image boards and production logistics
Deliver 2D renderings and mock samples of package concepts for team review
Stay current with industry trends to create effective messaging and design solutions
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by the supervisor or management
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field is required
Minimum of 3 years experience in graphic design
Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, GIF) in a MAC environment
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with video software and various file formats is a plus
Excellent portfolio showcasing print, digital, and social media marketing work
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including presentation abilities
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines
Self-motivated, adaptable, and imaginative with a refined design sensibility
Experience managing project budgets and meeting financial objectives
Keen understanding of social media platforms and competitive market landscape
Professional demeanor with effective communication skills for working with customers and staff
