The Role

As the PR & Marketing Manager for AIRE Ancient Baths in New York, you will lead and execute the local Public Relations and B2B strategy across our two iconic locations – Tribeca and Upper East Side – driving brand awareness, visibility, and positioning within one of the world’s most competitive markets. This hands‑on and strategic role combines brand guardianship, partnership development, and storytelling. You’ll represent AIRE’s unique wellness philosophy to press, influencers, corporate clients, and hospitality partners, ensuring every communication reflects the essence of our brand. Key Responsibilities

Branding & Communication

Drive local awareness and relevance of the AIRE brand across New York City. Cultivate and manage relationships with media, influencers, and partners through PR activations, collaborations, and events. Ensure consistency of AIRE’s visual and verbal identity across both locations. Collaborate with the Global Social Media Manager to adapt and localize content for the New York audience. Supervise and coordinate photo/video shoots and press visits to align with brand storytelling.

Global & Local Alignment

Partner with the Global Marketing team to localize global campaigns and ensure flawless execution. Report key initiatives, media coverage, and ROI to HQ in Barcelona on a regular basis. Coordinate with local operations, guest experience, and retail teams to ensure seamless communication initiatives on‑site.

Operations & Client Experience

Manage and host influencers, press, and VIP guests, ensuring an exceptional brand experience. Oversee local event partnerships that reflect AIRE’s brand values. Track and report client feedback and online reputation insights.

B2B Development

Build and expand AIRE’s B2B network in New York. Develop and manage ongoing relationships with key accounts. Identify and secure new partnership opportunities that drive awareness and sales.

Sales Administration & KPIs

Manage and track the B2B sales funnel, ensuring accurate reporting of leads and conversions. Provide weekly progress updates to HQ and local management.

Qualifications

Degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related marketing field. 4+ years of PR and Marketing experience, preferably with media relations, consumer or hospitality brand experience. Experience working in a dynamic environment. High degree of personal initiative, innovative thinking, collaboration, and influencing skills. Excellent communication and planning skills. Self‑starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables. Proactive, capable of working with minimal supervision. Analytical thinking.
