The Role We are seeking a
full‑time AI Video Editor
to join our Los Angeles team. This position is
fully in‑office
at our LAX‑adjacent headquarters. You’ll work closely with our creative producers and post‑production team to turn scripts, storyboards, and client branding into polished, broadcast‑quality video content using AI‑powered tools.
Schedule: Full‑Time, Monday–Friday, On‑Site Location: Los Angeles, CA (near LAX)

Responsibilities
Use AI video tools (e.g., Runway, Veo, Sora, Pika, Luma, Magnific, etc.) to produce cinematic, brand‑aligned content.
Edit footage, generate visuals, and enhance assets based on creative direction and brand guidelines.
Collaborate with the post team to ensure consistency across multiple deliverables.
Execute versioning for aspect ratios, languages, and platforms.
QC all outputs for quality, realism, and brand accuracy.
Contribute ideas to improve workflows, new techniques, and emerging AI capabilities.
Meet deadlines reliably in a high‑volume production environment.
Required Skill Sets
1–2+ years
in AI‑based video editing (professional or portfolio‑based).
Proficiency with
AI video tools
(Runway, Veo, Pika, Sora, ComfyUI, etc.).
Strong understanding of
cinematic framing, pacing, color, and motion .
Working knowledge of
Adobe Premiere Pro
and/or
After Effects
preferred.
Ability to follow brand guidelines and creative direction.
Awareness of current AI visual trends, styles, and capabilities.
Strong file organization and attention to visual detail.
Ability to troubleshoot AI artifacting, realism issues, hallucinations, and style inconsistencies.
Excellent time management — you’ll juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
Bonus Skills (Nice‑to‑Have)
ComfyUI workflow experience
VFX / motion graphics knowledge
2D/3D animation familiarity
Prompt engineering / model prompting experience
Experience developing AI pipelines or style consistency systems
