Marketing Coordinator Position Summary This position works within Bass Pro’s Marketing Department to create signage for retail stores in a timely manner. The employee will work both independently and under the supervision of the Marketing Manager, using brand and marketing guidelines to represent Bass Pro culture to customers and retail outfitters. Essential Functions Create signs used in sales events at retail stores. Download signs to stores in a timely manner for retail store associates to print and organize for sales events. Communicate any issues of concern to the Marketing Manager. Communicate with stores as directed by supervisor. ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED. Experience / Qualifications Minimum Degree Required: NA Preferred Degree: Associate Degree in Marketing Certificates / Licenses: NA Experience: 0-2 years Knowledge, Skills and Ability Detail oriented and well organized with excellent time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to multi‑task projects, meet deadlines, and work in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to work in a team and successfully incorporate art direction and feedback. Self‑motivation, problem solver. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
