We are currently seeking a Marketing and Proposal Coordinator to initiate, write and maintain proposal materials to support our Columbus water and environmental services. You will work with leadership that not only nurtures, but also encourages an entrepreneurial spirit. Responsibilities Develop and integrate key messages and win themes into proposal submittals Build collaborative relationships with Project Management staff to facilitate team synergy, creativity and effectiveness Participate in marketing meetings and track action items Develop and edit presentation materials for proposal team interviews Support promotional activities Help maintain company information, materials and associated Marketing databases Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Creative Arts, Business or a related field; in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 5+ years of equivalent experience are required 2+ years of proposal management and/or writing experience in the A/E/C or similar industry Demonstrated ability to write and communicate in a clear and compelling manner, with a strong command of English grammar and editing, as well as attention to detail Reliable, a critical thinker, well-organized, and passionate about their contribution to the team Proficiency with InDesign and Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with AdobeSuite applications a plus Self‑motivated and adaptable, including the capability to learn virtual collaboration tools Apply today and discover the possibilities for your career at B&N.
