As an Internet Manager, you will be in charge of our website SmartHelp.store. This website is built and marketed to a local and national audience. The ideal candidate would have five years or more experience in running an ecommerce site, processing orders that come through our local store in Medford, Oregon, at the Rogue Valley Mall, where we will have a full sales, service, and support team to fulfill the orders. The job entails A/B testing, working with outside design, development, and marketing vendors, always making the site better and driving our conversion value and conversion rates up. Description

The Internet Manager oversees and provides support for a variety of tasks at our store located in the Rogue Valley Mall - Medford, OR. The ideal candidate will possess a warm, friendly personality, with a courteous and respectful demeanor. This manager will have the ability to steer the site and help us get to the destination in which the company is heading. In this role, you will protect and build upon our 5-star level of customer service with a strong knowledge base of Apple products, services, and protocols, good communication, and follow-up. You'll use your organization, communication skills, and passion for technology to improve people's lives who interact with us over the Internet and put a smile on their face each day. This position will start as a salaried position with a base pay of $40K - $70K annually, including a full benefits package, stock, matching 401K, plus cash bonuses for hitting performance goals. Essential Functions

Get intimate with our unique selling proposition, the products and services we offer as a complete solution, and learn our FileMaker Pro app. Learn our SmartHelp.store website. Constantly refine with A/B testing, marketing it with Google AdWords, Facebook, and Yelp within a budget. Start and maintain an email marketing campaign constantly driving business to the site. Drive sales by promoting local and online events and marketing to consumers, schools, and businesses. Review and be responsible for month-over-month website growth and reporting financials to the Store Manager. Spanish speaking capabilities are a plus. We are not currently marketing to the Hispanic population and would like someone who can help us tap that market. Requirements

Five years or more of hands-on experience managing a high-performance ecommerce website. Strong knowledge and continued education of Apple products, services, and protocols. Detail-oriented, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and confidentiality. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral). Must pass a pre-employment and random drug screening test administered through Asante. Must sign a confidentiality agreement. Must sign a non-compete agreement for markets in which SmartHelp does business. Must complete 40 hours of in-house training. Read one book a month from our library of books to help you be successful in this position. Compensation

We will be offering the successful hire a salary of $40K - $70K annually depending on experience and proven leadership abilities. A full benefits package will be offered after a 90-day performance period evaluation and will include: Health Care & Vision, Dental Care, Wellness Plan, Holiday Pay, 401K Employer Matching, Rewards Program, Stock incentive program, and Vacation Pay. Some candidates may qualify for immediate benefits. Relocation compensation bonus may be offered after a 180-day performance period. Application Process
