At Wyndly, we’re fixing allergies for 100 million Americans by training their bodies to ignore allergy triggers. We’ve built a successful B2B channel, and now we’re looking for someone obsessed with cracking direct-to-consumer acquisition to unlock our next phase of growth.
The Role
We need a hands‑on performance marketer who can figure out why doctors can sell our treatment but Facebook ads can’t. You’ll own all paid acquisition channels, turn customer insights into profitable campaigns, and build the playbook.
What You’ll Actually Be Doing
- Own paid acquisition end‑to‑end: Meta, Google, TikTok—manage budgets, write copy, brief creatives, and optimize daily.
- Crack our positioning puzzle: Interview customers, identify why they buy, and test messaging until CAC makes sense against our LTV.
- Turn our organic momentum into paid growth: We get 1M+ views monthly on TikTok/YouTube, and you’ll turn that into paid insights.
- Build the testing machine: Launch experiments weekly across ads, landing pages, and offers.
- Partner with creative resources: You won’t design, but you’ll know exactly what creative to brief based on performance data.
- Work within our existing stack: Shopify & Klaviyo.
Who You Are
- Performance marketer with 3-5 years experience scaling D2C brands, ideally in health/wellness.
- Analytical but not paralyzed: Comfortable with CAC/LTV math, cohort analysis, and quick decision‑making from incomplete data.
- Writer first, media buyer second: Your copy clarity matters more than your Facebook Ads Manager expertise.
- Scrappy experimenter: You’ve grown something from nothing before, even if it was your failed dropshipping store.
- Naturally curious: You’re already wondering why our B2B works but D2C doesn’t, and you have hypotheses.
- Bonus points: You have allergies and personally understand why people suffer through symptoms rather than seek treatment.

Compensation & Growth
- $140,000-$180,000 all‑in compensation.
