About the role

• Tenicor is looking for the right person to lead, manage, and be accountable for the areas of Media, Content, and Brand. We believe in growing the brand through indirect tactics. Our goal is to provide overwhelming value to our audience through engaging training and educational content.
• You must have demonstrated skills and experience in Leadership, Management, and Accountability for a team of 4–6 people. This position is responsible for executing Tenicor’s vision and brand through engaging content. (Current focus: building our YouTube channel and strengthening our Instagram presence.) You will be accountable for meeting weekly content scorecard metrics and owning the process for executing Tenicor’s content strategies.
• In addition to the leadership and management skills, the ideal candidate has skill and experience in planning, filming, editing, and publishing high performing short and long form video content.

• Have strong opinions about media and brand and aren’t afraid to energetically advocate for them. You also know when to disagree, commit, and test it out.
• Know your way around Google Workspace, MS Office, Slack, Notion, and Da Vinci Resolve.
• Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and workflows
