Position

Sales Associate – San Diego, CA (Fashion Valley store). The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in sales to deliver authentic, luxury customer service and support a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver renowned service that creates a modern luxury customer experience.
• Develop product knowledge and remain aware of current collections in‑store and online, cascade and train information to the broader team.
• Achieve and exceed goals through sales strategies, clienteling, sourcing new customers, and maintaining productive long‑term relationships with existing customers.
• Support an environment of teamwork, trust and collaboration with peers, customers and supervisors.
• Build credibility as a personal stylist and fashion expert by staying current with market competition, industry trends and customer shopping behaviors.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of previous selling experience in a luxury retail service environment preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills (including use of iPad/laptop, Mobile POS and Internet).
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team (oral and written).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Compensation & Benefits

Base pay range: $18.00–$22.00 per hour. Eligible employees receive benefits including health (medical, dental, vision), life and disability insurance, a 401(k) savings plan, paid time off and employee discounts.
