As our Marketing Graphic Design Coordinator, you’ll be a designer, project coordinator, and systems manager all in one. You’ll play a key role in shaping our brand identity, streamlining processes, and creating engaging visual content across multiple channels to support our strategic marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage logo style guides, brand guidelines, digital branding, and social media content to maintain PACE Supply’s distinct visual identity.
- Design marketing materials, including brochures, sales kits, merchandise, presentations, social media graphics, email templates, and website graphics.
- Support vendor campaigns and maintain an inventory of current sales support materials.
- Develop creative concepts aligned with brand guidelines and ensure high-quality, consistent visual content.
- Stay current on design trends and coordinate with vendors like National Print and Promo.
- Oversee design projects from concept to completion, meeting deadlines and budgets.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align on campaign goals and target audiences.
- Manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and maintain organized workflows using Asana.
- Act as the Asana Project Manager for the marketing team, ensuring a clean and visible workspace.
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns, including interoffice mailings, direct mail, and email campaigns.
- Maintain schedules for marketing initiatives and provide project and administrative support.
- Support tactical events and programs.
- Manage the company‑wide counter screen system, updating content and troubleshooting.
- Oversee the Canva account, ensuring templates and brand libraries align with guidelines.
- Maintain the company intranet and updated brand guidelines for cross‑team use.
- Serve as the primary liaison with vendors like National Print and Promo for the employee store.
- Update employee store offerings, process orders daily, and monitor stock levels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing or design role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently with a keen eye for detail.
- Problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills with an ability to spot emerging trends.

Salary
$190,000 - $240,000 (San Francisco) or $114,190 - $143,840 (San Mateo) or $75,000 - $145,000 (San Francisco) (data from postings).
