What You’ll Do
Capture and edit engaging photos and videos of our vehicles, team, and customers.
Create fun, consistent social media posts that highlight our people, promotions, and community involvement.
Help grow our online presence through Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
Support marketing campaigns, events, and giveaways.
What We’re Looking For
Strong understanding of social media trends and storytelling.
Ability to film, edit, and post short-form video content.
Friendly, energetic personality and willingness to work with staff and customers.
Basic graphic design or video editing skills a plus.

The Content Creator / Social Media Manager plays a key role in shaping the dealership’s digital presence and community connection. This individual will develop, schedule, and manage creative content for all social platforms, ensuring brand consistency and customer engagement. The role is part-time with flexible hours and works closely with the General Manager and Marketing Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute weekly social media content calendars.
Capture daily in-store content (photos/videos of vehicles, staff spotlights, customer deliveries, service updates, etc.).
Edit and post short-form videos (Reels/TikToks) showcasing dealership culture, specials, and community events.
Monitor comments and messages, engaging with customers promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with sales, service, and parts departments to highlight promotions and milestones.
Assist with community outreach and event coverage.
Track engagement metrics and provide basic monthly reports to management.
Requirements
1+ year of experience managing social media for a business or brand preferred (automotive a plus).
Strong photography/video skills; comfortable using a smartphone or DSLR.
Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or similar design/video tools.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Self-starter attitude — able to work independently and take initiative.
Hours & Work Environment
15–25 hours per week.
Primarily on-site with occasional off-site community shoots.
Reports to: General Manager or Digital Marketing Coordinator.
