UI/UX Engineer – Agentic AI Quality Platform

Outstanding long-term contract opportunity! A well‑known Financial Services Company is looking for a UI/UX Designer in Charlotte, NC (Hybrid).

Contract Duration: 12 months.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
• Proven experience in UI/UX design and development with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity.
• Familiarity with AI concepts, automation workflows, and their application in user‑centric design.
• Proficiency in modern front‑end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, or similar).
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to translate complex requirements into elegant solutions.

What You Will Be Doing

Design & Develop UI (60%)

• Create visually appealing, user‑friendly interfaces for agent use cases and quality review platforms.
• Apply creativity and ingenuity to deliver innovative design solutions that enhance usability and engagement.

AI & Automation Integration (40%)

• Collaborate with AI engineers to incorporate intelligent automation into the user experience.
• Understand and leverage AI capabilities to optimize workflows and improve quality review processes.
