JOB SUMMARY

We’re excited to add a Senior Digital Video Producer to our Digital Video staff! This position will be responsible for shooting, producing and editing content with a focus on our Indiana Fever social channels, but will also have an opportunity to produce content for all Pacers Sports & Entertainment brands, including Indiana Pacers, Noblesville Boom & Gainbridge Fieldhouse. This role requires strong WNBA/NBA knowledge, as well as an understanding of what video content performs best on each social media platform.

This position requires passion and excitement for digital video and how to create engaging content for fans of basketball and other entertainment. An ideal candidate has a high-powered creative mind, plus a strong understanding of brand goals and digital video trends. Being a strong, clear communicator is vital to success in this role.

Because this role will work across numerous properties, having an understanding of not only basketball, but entertainment at large, is essential. We are looking for someone who is well‑versed in content of all formats, lengths, and platforms. This position will be well-supported by a creative team composed of social media managers, graphic designers, digital marketers and more.

This role will be in the mix as a primary team member traveling to events where video coverage is deemed necessary, including but not limited to away Fever games, WNBA/NBA events, larger content and community initiatives, and more. The role will work highly cross‑functionally with our Brand Marketing, Game Operations, Corporate Partnerships, Basketball Operations, Community Engagement, and Ticketing teams, among others. The position requires the ability to work a flexible schedule that will include travel, nights, weekends, and holidays.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead in the development and execution of video content for delivery across Indiana Fever social channels, as well as other PS&E brands.

Bring unique and creative ideas to the table, while producing engaging video content of all formats & lengths.

Collaborate with colleagues to ideate and execute strategies that meet brand goals and elevate consumption across platforms.

Coordinate and lead video projects, including branded content, on‑location shoots, and live streams.

Assist in game night duties of video production, including editing highlights in real‑time.

Create digital video content for various internal teams, including Basketball Operations, Community Engagement, Ticket Sales, Brand Marketing and others.

Collaborate with Digital Motion Graphics Designer to develop consistent a consistent graphics kit, lower thirds, intros, and outros.

Monitor and communicate the latest video trends to stay cutting edge.

Track, analyze and report digital video metrics and submit reports on latest digital video successes across the organization.

Archive projects and maintain the organization of the archive.

Maintain brand consistency and support brand strategy throughout all content and executions.

Ability to work across brands, including WNBA, NBA & G League.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Bachelor's degree from a four‑year college or university and at least three years of professional experience, and/or a combination of graduate level education (i.e. MBA) and experience.

Previous creative video experience in high‑level sports at the collegiate or professional level is required.

Strong knowledge working with Adobe Creative Cloud with an emphasis on Premiere and After Effects.

Understanding of social media platforms, their audiences, and how video content performs on each, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, LinkedIn, TikTok, Threads, and other emerging channels.

Ability to multitask with a high attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

An understanding of the game of basketball and a knowledge of the WNBA/NBA.

Strong interest in women’s sports, the WNBA, and the Indiana Fever.

Ability to work a flexible schedule that will include nights, weekends, travel, and potentially holidays.
