Who we’re looking for

An experienced growth marketer to help us design, implement and scale a high‑impact marketing strategy at Softr. This is a rare opportunity to help define and execute core company growth strategies and build drivers for consistent growth patterns. You’ll report to our Head of Marketing and work with the broader marketing team.

In this role you will

  • Design, implement and scale our growth marketing strategies across all channels (B2B and B2C).
  • Help increase customer acquisition, engagement and retention.
  • Run experiments in different marketing channels to identify what works best for Softr’s business and product.
  • Be knowledgeable of online advertising platforms and analytics tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Use data to measure the success of our GTM strategy in user acquisition, retention, engagement and monetization, and report on metrics regularly to leadership.
  • Collaborate with the product team on in‑product growth topics and with the Community team on community‑driven initiatives.
  • Grow the Softr customer base through co‑marketing opportunities with third‑party communities, agencies, educational institutions, incubators/accelerators, tech newsletters/podcasts, in collaboration with our Community Lead.

Requirements

  • Experienced with horizontal, PLG‑type SaaS companies; ideally, you have helped early‑stage companies scale acquisition channels to the Series B stage and beyond.
  • Broad knowledge of growth marketing, with depth in content & SEO, email/lifecycle marketing, website optimization, conversion rate optimization, marketing ops and analytics.
  • Passionate about no‑code and automation, and deeply curious about our audience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; remote writing is the primary means of communication at Softr.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to understand and address diverse customer needs.
  • Customer‑centric mindset with experience building relationships with complex, multi‑geographical customers.
  • Urgency and speed of execution, balanced with a big‑picture focus; able to multitask and operate with minimal supervision.
  • Strategic yet scrappy; excited to build and execute the early‑stage growth engine, set goals, prioritize initiatives and report key metrics.
