Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the commercial sector
- Evaluate clients’ insurance needs and design customized coverage solutions
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships focused on service and retention
- Negotiate coverage terms and premiums with carriers
- Collaborate with underwriters to assess risk and ensure appropriate coverage
- Stay current on market trends, policy changes, and new insurance products
- Previous experience in commercial insurance sales or related field
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required; additional certifications a plus
