Job Description Location: Basking Ridge, NJ, USA We are seeking a textual content specialist to enhance customer-facing wording on mobile devices, instructional materials, apps, marketing websites, etc. The role involves understanding users and tasks, generating and reviewing compelling, precise, and high-quality textual content, and collaborating with developers and project teams as they craft text for applications and devices. This is a full-time contractor position based on-site in Basking Ridge, NJ. Responsibilities: Write clear, concise, consistent, and compelling UI content for interactive products and services Collaborate with writers, UX designers, and product managers Analyze product flows and logic to create accurate and engaging textual content Review and edit content created by others to improve clarity and user experience Solicit and incorporate team feedback Desired Skills & Experience: Strong command of written English and familiarity with style guides (AP, Chicago, etc.) Experience writing UI text (instructions, error messages, etc.) for applications aimed at a general, non-technical audience Experience creating compelling content for websites and marketing materials Ability to translate technical language into clear, user-friendly English Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken Experience designing and writing text for mobile devices (smartphones and tablets) is a plus Experience with corporate language and branding guidelines is a plus Usability experience is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
