Job Description Responsible for developing and conducting key communication and project management activities that align with and reinforce the IR CMO department objectives and goals. The Communication Specialist will serve as a project manager assistant for key initiatives and tactics within the department, including social media and web support, branding support, and supporting key departmental communication tactics and vehicles (meetings, presentations, and webinars). The position will collaborate with employees at all levels of the organization and outside vendors on key communication activities coming from the department.

Responsibilities
Assist in the implementation of the annual department plan, including production and management of CMO tools, resources, and materials, such as asset libraries and printed materials.
Assist in the management and deployment of brand standards on several applications, and provide administration of Brand Central (tradeshows, stationery, and communication documents, promotional materials).
Provide publishing support for Information Research media channels, as directed by the CMO Lead. Manage portal monitoring and compliance, and support other compliance efforts as needed.
Support the publishing development of key departmental communications and assist in the management and distribution of content, including the internal communications portal for one IR and Pillar organizations.
Support the content development and timeline and plan management of the CMO department planning process and strategic roadmap development for 2026.
Support the coordination, content development, and communication of new employee onboarding across the Information Research organization.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date materials are available on relevant internal communications sites as needed.
Assist in the management of the IR CMO budget, including providing support for tracking budget expenditures.
Coordinate and maintain departmental communication files, as assigned, in compliance with corporate and government regulations.
Follow purchasing and requisition procedures, Corporate Security and Privacy Rules, Corporate Branding Guidelines. Look for opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness of team functions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in communication or related fields.
Experience with social media and digital communication.
Proficient and understands Microsoft Office Suite and other business-specific software.
Quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
Ability to build relationships and work effectively as part of a team.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it would pay for this role based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and may ultimately differ. The range may be modified in the future.

This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.
