We are seeking a Marketing Automation Executive to join our marketing team. This role will focus on driving automation across marketing processes using HubSpot, Clay, and AI-powered tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing workflows, lead nurturing, campaign optimization, and reporting ensuring efficiency, scalability, and ROI in all marketing efforts.
Key Skills & Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, or digital marketing.
Strong hands-on expertise with HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hub.
Familiarity with Clay, HubSpot, Canva, Gamma, Copy.ai, and other AI-driven marketing tools.
Proven track record in data-driven marketing, lead nurturing, and segmentation.
Strong analytical skills with ability to build and interpret dashboards.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Automation & Campaign Management:
Build, monitor, and optimize HubSpot workflows, drip campaigns, and newsletters. Automate lead routing, scoring, segmentation, and CRM enrichment using HubSpot and Clay. Manage AI-driven campaign personalization for improved engagement.
CRM & Lead Management:
Ensure CRM hygiene with automated deduplication and data enrichment. Use Clay to maintain accurate and complete lead data. Collaborate with sales for seamless lead handover and follow-up.
Digital & Content Automation:
Automate social media scheduling and content distribution across channels. Repurpose blogs into multi-format assets (videos, carousels, newsletters) using AI tools. Execute event-triggered workflows (registrations, reminders, nurturing).
Reporting & Analytics:
Generate automated dashboards and reports on campaign performance, conversions, and ROI. Conduct A/B tests on emails, landing pages, and workflows. Provide insights to optimize future campaigns.
Innovation & Strategy:
Identify opportunities to automate manual marketing tasks. Research and implement new AI tools and automation platforms. Partner with Sales Development Team to create personalized campaigns at scale.
