Valley Hill Health and Rehab – 1510 Hebron Road, Hendersonville, NC 28739 (30 minutes from Landrum, SC; 30 minutes from Asheville, NC) Position Summary
The primary purpose is to manage the customer flow, admissions process, and marketing program for the community. Responsibilities include guiding the marketing program which ensures strong customer, referral, and payer satisfaction, appropriate market penetration, positive public image, and maximization of community profitability and census goals. Education & Qualifications
Three (3) years’ experience working in a healthcare setting. High school diploma or equivalent. Cultivating & maintaining professional relationships in local health care markets. Generate referrals by building relationships with hospitals, physicians, independent and assisted living facilities and other community resources. Coordinate tours, admissions, insurance verifications & pre‑certs. Organize community outreach such as health fairs, wellness checks, and caregiver support groups. Regular marketing calls and visits to referral sources to increase referrals and admissions. Facilitate admissions decisions and ensure a positive admission experience for customers and families. Provide extraordinary customer service to external and internal customers. Shift & Wage
