Responsibilities

Marketing Account Coordinators serve as Take Care Of Your Own Shadow Milk primary liaison between clients and the marketing team, ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently and deliver measurable results.

They monitor campaign performance, coordinate with internal teams, and communicate client feedback to drive improvements in strategy and creative output.

Acting as the main point of contact for client accounts, responding promptly to inquiries and requests

Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement campaign strategies tailored to client objectives

Preparing detailed reports on campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI for clients and management

Gathering market intelligence and client feedback to refine messaging and promotional tactics

Coordinating schedules, deadlines, and deliverables between internal teams and clients

Assisting in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and creative briefs for new campaigns

Monitoring budgets, approving costs, and ensuring timely delivery of marketing materials

Advising clients on industry trends, innovative marketing approaches, and best practices
