RevOps Architect (Marketing Ops & Automation) - Remote, US or LATAM
Go Nimbly is looking for a RevOps Architect (Marketing Ops & Automation) to join our team. As a member of the Delivery team, you will help our clients drive more revenue by creating a buying experience that’s both frictionless and human. You will move high‑growth companies towards a more operationally efficient organization.
About the Job As a RevOps Architect at Go Nimbly, you’ll collaborate with a team of RevOps Consultants, Program Managers, Developers, and Analysts to build best‑in‑class solutions and impactful technology roadmaps. You’ll act as a subject matter expert in marketing automation, designing scalable architecture across platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, and Salesforce, to enable demand generation, lead management, and funnel efficiency. You’ll scope, design, and lead projects, balancing scalability, trade‑offs, best practices, and the latest technology trends.
On a given day, a RevOps Architect will spend time:
Collaborating with clients and internal teams in the early stages of a project to define architecture and approach.
Designing end‑to‑end lead lifecycle and campaign operations across Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
Implementing solutions for lead scoring, nurturing, attribution modeling, campaign performance measurement, and marketing‑to‑sales handoff.
Presenting solutions to client teams in a way that builds trust and creates buy‑in for scalable best practices.
Defining marketing operations and integration standards while advising clients on trade‑offs and future‑proofing.
Coaching team members and elevating knowledge of marketing automation tools, funnel design, and data‑driven campaign operations.
Keeping a pulse on marketing technology releases and trends to shape Go Nimbly’s POV on how changes will impact RevOps and client roadmaps.
What’s in it for you?
Flexible working environment: the entire team works remotely, and we have no plans to change this.
Tiered incentive program (in addition to base salary) to reward high performers.
Exposure to several high‑growth companies looking to scale their revenue operations function.
Opportunity to work with top industry professionals; many alumni have become leaders at high‑growth companies.
Annual off‑site to bring the team together, celebrate successes, and plan the year.
Dedicated employee development and career paths aimed at fostering growth.
100% paid premiums for US employees’ insurance coverage.
About You
At least 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or Systems Architecture with deep expertise in Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, and Salesforce.
Ability to design scalable, automated solutions for campaign operations, lead lifecycle, funnel performance, and marketing‑to‑sales alignment.
Understanding of lead scoring, attribution, data quality, and campaign measurement across systems.
Strong architecture and technical design skills, mature perspective on out‑of‑the‑box vs. custom solutions.
Comfortable advising senior stakeholders and translating business requirements into technical roadmaps.
Bonus: Salesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, Application Architect) or marketing automation certifications (Marketo Certified Expert, HubSpot Solutions Architect).
About Us
We take results seriously and are focused on the customer experience.
Positive people with urgency, creativity, decisiveness, and a willingness to work hard under pressure.
We care about growth and empower teams to learn from others.
We are ambassadors of Go Nimbly within the Revenue Operations space.
Next Steps Apply! Rest assured, while AI might feel like it’s taking over the world, we have a human reviewing each application. Our Talent Acquisition team will reach out if we’d like to speak further. If not, we promise to let you know—ghosting is not our style. We provide clear feedback. During the first call, we outline the interview process, which typically includes a few rounds. We value your time and ours, so we aim to use interviews effectively to determine mutual fit.
Base salary:
$140,000 - $160,000 USD, with two levels in this range. Adjustment based on geographical location and final salary decision will be in accordance with leveling. In addition to a base salary, this role is eligible for a performance bonus plan.
