Our Client, a Healthcare company, is looking for an UX Designer for their San Bruno, CA/ Hybrid location.
Responsibilities
Design user-centered services and experiences that drive engagement, growth, and behavior change for participants in ***'s consumer health programs and research studies.
Develop service blueprints, user flows, and prototypes to communicate and test design solutions.
Collaborate with a cross-functional team of designers, researchers, product managers, engineers, and clinical specialists to bring your designs to life.
Evaluate the effectiveness of your designs and iterate on them based on participant feedback.
Requirements
An outstanding portfolio of thoughtfully designed products, demonstrating work across the end-to-end design process, from developing strong conceptual foundations to refining the smallest details with clear rationale.
Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related field with 2+ years of professional UX Design experience in enterprise software, consumer products, medical devices or other relevant areas.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills, with proven success working and aligning with cross-functional stakeholders such as product managers, researchers, and software engineers.
Familiarity with Figma as well as the technical intricacies of designing accessible, responsive web applications.
Past work that focuses on Consumer products, Healthcare, Medical services, or other relevant areas.
Expertise or previous experience in service design, behavioral science, healthcare program design, clinical research studies, or related fields.
Proven track record in bringing projects to launch into a commercial market.
