You’re a seasoned media buyer with deep experience in mobile app subscriptions and ecommerce, ready to lead, scale, and innovate our user acquisition strategy.
Your mission? Help people around the world achieve their fitness goals while helping Centr hit ours.
You’ve managed monthly media budgets of $300K+ and scaled campaigns beyond $1M/month. You’re analytical but creative, data-driven but storytelling-savvy, and most importantly, you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and lead a team that drives results.
What you’ll do You’ll be the growth engine behind our digital performance — driving installs, conversions, and revenue across multiple channels. You’ll build and optimize strategies that deliver strong ROI while expanding Centr’s global reach.
Here’s what that looks like:
Own and scale
mobile user acquisition and ecommerce campaigns across social, search, and programmatic channels.
Lead and coach
our talented UA Manager — providing hands‑on guidance, mentorship, and day‑to‑day support.
Forecast, budget, and report
like a pro — developing channel‑level forecasts, tracking performance weekly, and providing monthly media mix plans to leadership.
Optimize for growth
— scaling budgets with smart, data‑backed wins each month.
Analyze and iterate
— dig deep into campaign data to reduce CAC, boost ROAS, and uncover actionable insights.
Build and expand
the media buying team — ensuring flawless execution, creative excellence, and strategic alignment.
Partner cross‑functionally
with Brand, CRM, Product, and Creative teams to align acquisition and activation goals.
Drive awareness
through demand‑gen, engagement, and retail campaigns across paid search and paid social.
Own analytics and attribution
— managing MMPs (Appsflyer required), deep links, and tracking for both online and offline efforts.
Lead testing & experimentation
— oversee A/B frameworks, define hypotheses, determine sample sizes, and track results with precision.
Shape creative strategy
— identify opportunities, collaborate with Creative and Content teams, and ensure assets are built to perform.
Optimize landing experiences
— oversee content and requirements for landing pages, Apple CPPs, and Google CSLs; partner closely with Product to align with release schedules.
Improve operational workflows
— streamline tools, refine processes, and maintain best practices within the UA team.
Present insights and results
to senior leadership with clarity and confidence.
Collaborate with CRM and CRO
teams to enhance conversion journeys and website performance.
Experiment with new channels
to broaden our reach and hit ambitious growth targets.
Work globally
— syncing across U.S. and Australia time zones as needed.
What you’ll bring You’ve been in the trenches — managing campaigns, leading teams, and scaling products that matter. You combine technical fluency with creative instinct, and you thrive in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.

in UA/mobile app marketing.

working with MMPs (Appsflyer required).

in ecommerce marketing.

leading and managing teams.
Hands‑on experience with
mobile subscription products
— ideally in fitness, gaming, or entertainment.
Proven success
scaling budgets from mid‑six figures to $1M+ monthly.
Expertise buying across
ASA, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube.
Familiarity with
DSPs
like Smadex, Unity, AppLovin, IronSource, and InMobi.
Experience managing
UA budgets over $5M+.
Strong analytical skills — fluent in
GA4, Looker, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
In‑depth understanding of acquisition strategy, funnel optimization, and ROI‑driven decision‑making.
A proactive, problem‑solving mindset — you love figuring things out.
Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Bonus points if you have
Experience in startup or high‑growth environments.
Experience running
