We’re seeking a highly agile and solutions-oriented NSO (New Store Opening) Manager, Visual Merchandising to lead the visual execution of our new store openings across the country. This role is pivotal in ensuring that every new DWR location opens with excellence in visual presentation, setting the stage for an exceptional customer experience from day one.## Key Responsibilities* Build and manage visual merchandising orders for all new store openings.* Coordinate with cross-functional partners to ensure timely delivery of all visual assets and supplies.* Oversee the procurement and tracking of all necessary materials for store installations.* Lead the initial load-in and installation process, ensuring regional visual teams are set up for success.* Travel to each new store opening to manage on-site execution and troubleshoot in real time.* Maintain clear communication with internal teams to align on timelines, expectations, and deliverables.## ## Qualifications* 5+ years of experience in visual merchandising, retail operations, or project management.* Experience with new store openings is a plus, but not required.* Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).* Willingness and ability to travel frequently.## Simply put, we hire qualified applicants representing a wide range of backgrounds and abilities.
