We are hiring a Senior Structural Engineer for our Bangalore office, responsible for managing and reviewing all structural engineering designs related to site operations in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

Risk Management: Identify structural risks and propose mitigation strategies.

Design Review Leadership: Lead reviews of structural designs, shop drawings, and consultant submissions.

Site Operations Oversight: Remotely monitor Middle East sites for compliance with approved designs and standards.

RFI Management: Respond to RFIs from contractors and consultants promptly and accurately.

Subconsultant Coordination: Review and integrate design inputs from subconsultants for consistency and quality.

Variation Orders: Evaluate and recommend on structural variation orders and change requests.

Technical Guidance: Resolve complex engineering issues and advise project teams.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to international and local building codes and standards.

Liaison with Authorities: Coordinate with Middle East regulatory bodies for approvals and inspections.

Reporting: Prepare technical reports and progress updates for internal and client stakeholders.

Required Code Knowledge

International Codes: ACI / ASCE, IBC – International Building Code

Middle East Local Codes & Standards: UAE Building Code, Saudi Building Code, Dubai Municipality Structural Guidelines, Abu Dhabi DPM Standards

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil/Structural Engineering.

15–20 years of experience in structural engineering, with significant site-based exposure in the Middle East.

Proven track record in managing large-scale projects in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, or Saudi Arabia.

Proficiency in structural analysis software (ETABS, SAFE, RAMConcepts).

Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.

Professional registration (PE, Chartered Engineer) preferred.

Preferred Attributes

Experience with international consultants and contractors.

Familiarity with high‑rise, infrastructure, and entertainment projects.

Ability to manage remote teams and coordinate across geographies.

Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
