Salary: 110K to 140K

Content Leadership: Own the end-to-end content strategy for Brellium, shaping thought leadership and brand positioning.
Multi-Format Asset Creation: Lead creation of blogs, whitepapers, case studies, thought leadership articles, and video content.
Audience Focus: Develop content targeting healthcare providers, payors, and partners, translating complex compliance topics into engaging narratives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align content with business goals.
Performance & Optimization: Define KPIs, track results, analyze content performance, and implement data-driven improvements.
Industry Insight: Monitor trends and competitors to ensure Brellium remains a leading voice in healthcare compliance.

Content Strategy Development - Ability to create full-funnel content strategies aligned with business goals.
Long-Form Content Creation - Experience producing whitepapers, case studies, thought leadership articles, blogs.
B2B Regulated Industry Knowledge - Healthcare, FinTech, Compliance, or similarly regulated sectors.
Early-Stage/Startup Experience - Comfortable with high ownership, ambiguity, and building processes from scratch.
Storytelling & Messaging - Strong ability to turn complex compliance/technical topics into compelling narratives.
Video & Multi-Format Content - Experience planning or producing video content to drive awareness and conversion.
Analytical Skills - Ability to define KPIs, analyze content performance, and optimize strategy.
Collaboration - Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and leadership teams.
Prioritize long-form content creation experience (whitepapers, case studies).
Prefer B2B regulated industry experience (Healthcare, Compliance, FinTech).
Ideal candidates have early-stage startup experience and a high-ownership mentality.
Avoid consumer marketing backgrounds without regulated B2B experience.
Avoid growth marketing / demand-gen specialists without content creation experience.
