Senior Analyst, Digital Marketing Analytics (Hybrid)
The role is a key member of the Sales & Marketing Analytics team, responsible for providing analytical support and transforming digital marketing data into actionable insights for a growing commercial organization. This role collaborates with internal stakeholders and external vendors to extract meaningful insights from data for Brand Marketing team and Customer Experience Marketing team. This role reports to the Associate Director, Sales & Marketing Analytics and works at a hybrid schedule in our Waltham, MA location.
Responsibilities
Support brand marketing and customer experience marketing teams on strategic initiatives.
Analyze marketing performance and customer engagement across digital channels, including digital media, email, and television.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver insights to optimize marketing campaigns.
Develop and maintain dashboards and self-service data visualizations using business intelligence tools.
Collaborate cross-functionally with the Data Governance and IT teams to ensure the accuracy of analytics and reporting, support data pipeline development, and enable new data assets and analytical capabilities.
Build strong working relationships with business stakeholders at all organizational levels by communicating actionable insights, addressing inquiries, and responding to ad‑hoc requests.
Qualifications
Basic: Bachelor’s degree in business, science, mathematics, statistics, or a related quantitative discipline required; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, marketing analytics, or a similar analytical role.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced Excel and SQL skills required; experience with R, Python, and Tableau preferred.
Experience in MarTech stack (Adobe AEP, Adobe CJA, Marketo, etc.) preferred.
Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and relational databases; experience in Snowflake preferred.
Working knowledge of commercial data in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry (e.g., IQVIA, Symphony, Komodo) preferred.
Ability to work at hybrid office schedule in our Waltham office.
