Over the past 18 months, we've dialed in our ideal customer profile, shipped a security platform that engineers genuinely love, and landed some incredible customers. Now we need an experienced growth marketer to fuel RunReveal's next chapter of growth. We're looking for an experienced growth marketer to accelerate how security teams discover, evaluate, and fall in love with RunReveal. You'll own the full spectrum of growth—from GTM engineering to SEO/AEO to lifecycle campaigns and conversion optimization—building a growth engine that delivers both immediate and scalable pipeline. What you'll do at RunReveal

Build the GTM flywheel : Partner with Marketing and Sales to create high-intent leads and hit pipeline targets. Launch campaigns that security teams actually care about : Collaborate with Product Marketing on full-funnel campaigns that showcase RunReveal's unique take on AI-native security. Define the process for systematic pipeline forecasting : Partner with our GTM team to establish reliable pipeline forecasting and uncover actionable insights throughout the buyer journey. Power up our outbound engine : Work with Sales to create an outbound motion that combines compelling messaging with testing and measurement. Test everything, optimize relentlessly : Own our website experience and run structured experiments that boost acquisition, engagement, and conversion at every touchpoint. Amplify our field marketing presence : Join our lean-but-mighty marketing team to ensure our conference presence—from RSA to Black Hat—drives real business outcomes, whether that's brand lift, lead gen, or pipeline creation. 5-10 years driving B2B growth

with hands-on experience owning digital marketing, growth, demand generation and/or marketing budgets Execution-focused : Hands-on, resourceful, and capable of owning GTM deliverables end-to-end with minimal guidance. Pipeline-focused mindset

with a track record of aligning marketing and sales to hit revenue goals Navigate the evolving growth stack : You recognize that marketing tools and channels are changing

really really fast . You're comfortable experimenting with emerging platforms, scaling what delivers results, and staying flexible as new growth opportunities surface. Fluent in funnels and forecasting —you're comfortable modeling attribution, building forecasts, and navigating a CRM like a pro Familiarity and experience with modern growth stack tools

like HubSpot, Apollo, CommonRoom/RB2B/Vector, Profound, Figma, and Clay; you don’t necessarily need hands-on experience all these tools, but you should feel somewhat comfortable navigating the evolution of AI-based tooling for growth marketers.
