The company is looking for an exceptional Senior Vice President to lead its innovative creative and media agency. As a visionary leader with a fervent passion for sales in advertising and creative services, you will play a critical role in driving growth and expanding our client portfolio. Your responsibilities will include spearheading the sales process, cultivating strong client relationships, and collaborating closely with both creative and media teams to create compelling presentations that resonate with potential clients.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust network and a proven track record of generating new business opportunities, complemented by at least 12 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 7 years directly in sales or business development. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent educational background is required.

You should exhibit outstanding persuasion and negotiation skills, excel in managing multiple priorities, and possess a meticulous attention to detail. Experience within an agency setting is highly preferred, along with familiarity in production and the creative development cycle. Additionally, a strong understanding and experience in selling creative services, content strategy, and advertising across diverse channels—such as digital, social media, television, out-of-home, and print—will be crucial to your success.
