About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff for Marketing to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be the operational backbone of the marketing organization, responsible for owning and optimizing the marketing operating system. This includes leading strategy and operations for the full marketing portfolio, building and managing the marketing analytics function, and architecting a best-in-class marketing tech stack. The role also involves supporting the CMO in budget planning, vendor management, and driving executive communications. The Chief of Staff will be a key player in cross-functional initiatives, a culture lead for the marketing team, and will play a central role in the company's mission to deliver real-time intelligence while prioritizing privacy and responsible innovation.

Applicants should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in marketing operations, analytics, or strategy roles, with a proven track record in high-growth tech or platform companies. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in attribution, lifecycle automation, and data infrastructure, and be a strong program manager with excellent communication skills. The role requires a finance-literate individual who is adept at budget planning, forecasting, and ROI modeling. The Chief of Staff will be expected to be a trusted partner to executives, a steady hand in high-stakes moments, and a champion of process improvements that increase speed and accountability. The company values diversity and encourages individuals who are excited about the role to apply, even if they do not meet every single qualification.
